Oil Drip Pans — The Easy and Quick Solution for Oil Leaks
Oil spills can be a mess. But with oil drip pans you have an easy and quick solution to keep the mess at a minimum — or prevent it altogether.
You can bring them out and put them to work at a moment’s notice. Whether you’re in an industrial setting or just in your personal garage, they’ll get the job done.
Just place them underneath the source of the errant oil and replace it every now and then, until you have fixed the leak.
You’ve got to have a good supply of them in places like car repair shops or in industrial settings, but there are many other places where they come in handy as well. For example, they can be used to keep drum storage areas tidy, which also makes them safer, of course.
Oil drip pans in general and ours in particular are made out of molded plastic. They’re filled with ground cellulose, which absorbs the fluids, and they also have a porous cover to keep the cellulose in and foreign objects out.
And oil drip pans can hold up to a gallon’s worth of liquid. That way, you won’t have to replace them too often, so they’re really quite economical.
Generally, they’re sold in multi-packs, with each individual pan as low as $5, so you should probably get a good supply so you can keep them handy, just in case some oil might leak or spill.
